Financial Planning & Analysis- Associate

ork closely with different P&A teams for monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews.

• Manage business financial planning and budget.

• Conduct ad-hoc MIS reporting and analysis in conjunction with other team members.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• CFA/CMA/CA/MBA (Finance)

• Minimum 3 years' experience in an analytical and financial role and should have worked on Banking products (601)

• Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills

• Superior financial modelling acumen

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)

• Experience in using Data extraction and Data analysis tools like SAS/SQL/R/Python

• Proficient in some of the Intelligent Solutions like Alteryx, Qlik Sense, etc.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• Knowledge of Tableau and Alteryx will be an added advantage

• Ability to multi-task multiple requirements under considerable time pressure

• Should be flexible to work in EMEA shifts
