Prepare and review inventory audit summary reports with dealer contacts. Maintain knowledge of current floor plan credit policy and exceptions
Monitor compliance with bank policy and dealer trust. Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders
Support dealer relationships through client-facing controls
Ensure accuracy in all audit documentation
Adhere to published dress code for this position
Valid driver license and auto insurance required
Nationwide overnight travel required
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
Minimum of 4 years of experience in auditing, inventory management, or related field
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Ability to physically inspect vehicles and inventory
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience preparing and reviewing audit reports
Knowledge of credit policy and compliance standards
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to interact professionally with clients and internal partners
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field
Experience in automotive or commercial lending industry
Familiarity with floor plan financing
Advanced Excel skills
Experience with audit management systems
Strong client relationship management skills
Ability to identify and escalate compliance concerns
