d report to the Head of Mexico Subsidiary Banking
Job Responsibilities
Build and expand Treasurer / CFO relationships with multinational clients in Mexico, focusing on the origination of corporate banking opportunities (e.g. cash management, trade, fx & rates, commodities, financing)
Develop active dialogue at headquarter and local levels, educating clients on J.P. Morgan's corporate banking capabilities in Mexico
Partner with headquarter bankers and product specialists to identify new business opportunities and collaborate on deal execution
Create forward-looking business plans for existing and prospective clients
Conduct comprehensive client analysis to identify business needs that can be met with J.P. Morgan's array of corporate banking products
Responsible for conversion of client analysis into concrete financial solutions
Escalate the needs of clients with local and regional product partners to drive product development ideas
Role requires travel domestically and internationally to meet clients and headquarter partners
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in English and Spanish
Strong analytical skills, commercial judgment, and influencing abilities
Strong interpersonal and client prospecting skills
Ability to lead and work in a cross-cultural team environment
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Corporate banking experience and knowledge of J.P. Morgan products are a plus
