Skills Required: This position requires experience with the following: Configuring Equus AssignmentPro for system management and reporting to support global mobility delivery operations and programs using Java, JavaScript, .NET, and SQL; Optimizing relocation benefit data by managing Equus AssignmentPro data table updates and integration through APIs; Enhancing and streamlining global mobility operations by analyzing financial data and performing market analysis using service providers including SIRVA, AIRINC, PARSIFAL, and AMEXGBT; Developing and implementing workflows for data processing and reconciliation using Alteryx across AssignmentPro, HCM, and PeopleSoft systems; Creating dashboards for data-driven business decisions using Tableau and SAP BusinessObjects; Optimizing data management using data warehousing and ETL processes with Amazon Web Services, Oracle PL, and SQL; Performing queries using Toad for Oracle, SQL Developer, and SQL*Plus; Orchestrating project planning and program management using Agile methodology; Enhancing Agile project management using Jira and Confluence; Customizing workflows, managing backlogs, and generating detailed reports to track project progress using Jira; Creating and maintaining documentation using Confluence; Integrating Confluence with Jira to support collaboration and project tracking; Manipulating data using Excel formulas including VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, and array handling; Automating tasks using macros and VBA in Excel and Word; Creating personalized documents using mail merge in Word; Designing presentation templates and integrating multimedia using PowerPoint and PitchPro+; Creating flowcharts, network diagrams, and process maps using business process model and notation in Visio; Linking external diagrams for dynamic updates using Visio.
