Job Responsibilities
Manage assigned projects, including process automation, dashboard/reporting builds, and application enhancements
Coordinate planning and execution across multiple teams, ensuring timely progress and effective collaboration
Draft and refine senior executive presentations, project updates, and internal communications
Facilitate execution of GSS Strategy & Operations tasks in partnership with other managers
Drive collaboration and efficiency in projects and tasks, resolving obstacles and ensuring smooth operations
Utilize generative AI tools to improve speed, clarity, and output quality
Serve as a key point of contact for inquiries from GSS management and other stakeholders
Manage meeting cadence, agendas, and follow-ups for key internal meetings and offsites
Act as a liaison between GSS Strategy & Operations and other teams within and outside GSS
Demonstrate proactive, dependable, and discreet work habits, operating independently
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in financial services or management consulting
Business acumen in financial services, supplier management, or payment operations
Strong experience assembling and interpreting data, generating insights, and creating executive presentations
Advanced Excel skills (data structuring, filtering, pivoting)
Ability to be flexible, to learn and adjust to a fast-changing environment
Experience supporting senior executives in complex organizations
Strong analytical and independent problem-solving skills
Sound judgment and collaborative decision-making abilities
Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to gain consensus
Experience managing projects involving cross-functional teams
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, myPM)
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
Familiarity with Alteryx, QlikSense, or similar reporting dashboards
Familiarity with ServiceNow workflow/process automation platform
Experience in sourcing, procurement, third-party oversight, or payments (a plus)
