Job Responsibilities
Review and evaluate new business applications, additions, and post-issue documents
Collaborate with business partners to implement system, policy, and procedural enhancements
Propose and implement process improvements
Ensure adherence to established policies and procedures
Support business partner deliverables and document quality standards
Manage relationships with global partners
Lead process improvement initiatives
Identify opportunities for operational improvement
Demonstrate understanding of Insurance and Retirement processes
Represent the team to internal and external stakeholders
Coach and mentor team members
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
Three years of relevant experience in service, project management, or support roles
Advanced proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and Access
Strong customer service orientation with a goal-focused mindset
High sense of urgency and professionalism
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to collaborate at all organizational levels
Strong organizational skills for managing tasks within strict timelines
Flexibility to work non-standard hours, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
Experience in Insurance and Retirement Operations
Proven ability to lead process improvement initiatives
Strong relationship management skills with global partners
Experience documenting business requirements and quality standards
Advanced problem-solving skills for process reengineering
Experience supporting business partner deliverables
