Responsible for day to day employee activities including coaching, time keeping, performance management, and recognition
Strategic and tactical scheduling and floor management to meet service levels
Periodically handling client calls to maintain product and procedure knowledge
Act as an expert for internal systems and processes
Conducting call observations to review quality of service provided
Fostering and developing partnerships across the enterprise
Participate in working groups for various projects or pilot programs to drive process improvement
Engage in monthly self-development activities
Act as delegate for certain manager duties
Partner closely with the Wealth Management teams to ensure a smooth delivery of client and employee experience
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
2-3 years of experience in financial services, preferably in investment related roles, with a focus on customer service and support
FINRA SIE, Series 7 and 63 (or equivalent) required, in addition to meeting FINRA continuing education requirements
Strong compliance record in previous position(s) and ability to hold a registration in all 50 states
Effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment; adaptive to change
Strong business and investment acumen; knowledge of Investment Products, Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs) etc.
Effective client profiling and discussion techniques, active listening skills, and the ability to explain complex concepts simply
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Proven experience in a leadership capacity, ability to motivate at an individual and team level
Excellent skills in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel proficiency
Excellent communication skills, highly professional, and experienced in creating and presenting information
Bachelors degree in finance, business management, economics, or related area
