Job Responsibilities
• Lead core business management activities, including project coordination, analysis of sales and management reports, and handling ad-hoc requests from stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, analytical reports, and supporting documentation for senior leadership and other key internal clients; contribute to special projects as required.
• Develop, maintain, and review financial models and analyses (both recurring and ad-hoc), actively seeking opportunities to enhance processes.
• Support the production and distribution of materials for regular management meetings and business reviews.
• Synthesize complex data sets into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for management.
• Anticipate and address questions from internal clients and senior management, ensuring thorough and proactive communication.
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and work on diverse projects with colleagues across different regions and functions.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in finance, business management, or strategy roles within the financial services sector.
• Demonstrated sound judgment, professional maturity, and personal integrity; strong work ethic and results-driven approach.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical and technical skills, including advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; adept at working with large data sets and synthesizing findings into clear presentations.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
• Experience with data visualization and automation tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, and QlikSense.
• Background in investment banking, commercial banking, or management consulting.
• Ability to work effectively on projects of varying scope and complexity, collaborating with individuals across different regions, levels, and business functions.
