Lead Software Engineer- Java, React Full Stack

• Architect and develop modern, scalable user interfaces using React, ensuring best-in-class user experience and performance.

• Design and build resilient backend services in Java, integrating seamlessly with front-end components.

• Leverage cloud technologies to architect, deploy, and manage scalable, secure, and distributed systems.

• Serve as a hands-on individual contributor and technical lead, setting standards for code quality and system architecture.

• Mentor and guide team members, fostering growth and technical excellence.

• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Produce and review architecture and design artifacts, ensuring alignment with business and technical goals.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the stack.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience

• Hands-on experience in fullstack development, with expert-level proficiency in React for building modern, scalable user interfaces.

• Proven experience leading greenfield projects and delivering end-to-end solutions.

• Strong backend development skills in Java, with experience in distributed systems.

• Demonstrated experience architecting and deploying solutions using cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Ability to take technical ownership, from design through implementation and delivery.

• Experience as an individual contributor and technical mentor.

• Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and agile methodologies (CI/CD, resiliency, security).

• Strong coding, debugging, and maintenance skills in large-scale environments.

• Ability to produce architecture and design documentation.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skill
