Execute trade bookings on all High Yield new issue transactions to allocated investors
Assist with settlement and funds flow issues using IMPACT, AMS, Bloomberg
Allocation confirmation emails, track announcements, price talk and pricing
Knowledge of the Primary Loan Capture system and maintain new issue database and pipeline
Experience with In market / priced sheet for High Yield new issue transactions market wide
Ability to maintain Pipeline Tool as new issue mandates are received from Leveraged Finance/DCM
Ability to speak to market color for Capital Markets and DCM (debt capital markets)
Provide mid-day and end of day updates including market tone, new issue trading activity and market moving news
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Deep understanding of financial markets
Exceptional understanding of bond settlements
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) and the ability to present findings.
Ability to build and foster relationships both internally and externally.
Knowledge of Primary One orderbook system
Coordination and Support across business lines
Integration with HG and EM teams
Maintain daily loan calendar for sales
Work with DCM to create deal announcements
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
Canadian post trade report filings
Coordinate with loans settlements prior to allocating
