• Execute trade bookings on all High Yield new issue transactions to allocated investors

• Assist with settlement and funds flow issues using IMPACT, AMS, Bloomberg

• Allocation confirmation emails, track announcements, price talk and pricing

• Knowledge of the Primary Loan Capture system and maintain new issue database and pipeline

• Experience with In market / priced sheet for High Yield new issue transactions market wide

• Ability to maintain Pipeline Tool as new issue mandates are received from Leveraged Finance/DCM

• Ability to speak to market color for Capital Markets and DCM (debt capital markets)

• Provide mid-day and end of day updates including market tone, new issue trading activity and market moving news

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Deep understanding of financial markets

• Exceptional understanding of bond settlements

• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) and the ability to present findings.

• Ability to build and foster relationships both internally and externally.

• Knowledge of Primary One orderbook system

• Coordination and Support across business lines

• Integration with HG and EM teams

• Maintain daily loan calendar for sales

• Work with DCM to create deal announcements

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• Canadian post trade report filings

• Coordinate with loans settlements prior to allocating
