Job responsibilities
Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to execute on key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficiencies
Supports the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
Raises blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources
Manages and oversee 3rd Party Money Account Products (Sponsored Accounts and Client Money Accounts)
Assists in pricing strategies and commercialization efforts for product offerings
Works within the lifecycle of product enhancements, ensuring readiness for launch deadlines
Builds and presents business cases with strong storytelling abilities to support product initiatives
Collaborates cross-functionally with various teams to ensure seamless product delivery and execution
Adapts to and implement internal governance processes and requirements
Leads product management efforts within payments
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
Demonstrated performance in either product management or relevant domain area
Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities
Excellent storytelling and business case development skills
Ability to adapt to internal governance knowledge and processes
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to creatively solve problems by developing innovative and differentiated solutions
Proven expertise in project planning, with the capacity to manage and prioritize multiple deliverables concurrently
Avanced proficiency in PowerPoint for effective presentations
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Developed knowledge of the product development life cycle
Experience in payments, treasury services, or related fields
