Job responsibilities:
Answer customer service calls, research and respond to inquiries and requests for information, and resolves problems and complaints
Perform timely and accurate system input of new loans and loan payments which includes high level accuracy to ensure proper payment and verifying supporting documentation
Balance daily work leveraging standard accounting practices
Assist customers with new online application set up and provide support as needed
Perform internal quality checks to eliminate errors and approve peer work accuracy
Focus on managing equity accounts and money movement, including wire and ACH transfers
Partner to onboard and offboard dealerships
Provide prompt, courteous and excellent customer service to internal and external clients
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
Attention to detail and general accounting skills
Strong knowledge of the banking industry business structures
Willing to work in a fast-paced, heavy volume environment
Strong organizational, prioritization, and communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to multi-task: Utilize and manage multiple applications simultaneously
Keeping up to date with procedures, and ensuring work is within company compliance
Must have strong problem solving, research, analytical, and decision making skills
Excellent computer skills, accuracy with numbers, and attention to detail, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Strong interpersonal skills and thrive in a collaborative environment
With forward thinking mindset that will drive new initiatives and continuous process improvement
Must have excellent attendance
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
Accounting, math and/or financial college coursework
Proficient in 10-key and data entry, ensuring accurate posting of transactions
Experience in managing service agreements and general knowledge of legal documents
Prior auto servicing, revolving credit line and/or account management experience
Money movement and/or wholesale floorplan system experience
