Conduct detailed analysis of pricing data to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement
Prepare regular reports on repricing status, circulated to senior management
Validate repricing strategy is appropriately modeled prior to Payment Sales review of price changes made on each individual billing account
Facilitate training for the Payments Sales teams' in order for them to be able to efficiently review all repriced billing accounts
Complete detailed validations to ensure approved pricing is established prior to client statements posting
Manage highly-motivated individuals in support of the process, and partner with other Pricing teams on a global scale to deliver annual results
Work closely with data analytics, sales, and product teams to gather insights and feedback on pricing strategies
Coordinate with IT and operations teams to ensure seamless implementation of pricing changes, while providing vision on future tech enhancements
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
12 years+ of experience in analytics management, with additional experience in one or more of the following areas: Treasury Product Management, Sales, Billing and Implementations
Advanced MS PowerPoint and excel skills, with demonstrated ability to simplify complex subject matter into digestible executive communications
Managerial experience leading individuals of varying degree of skill sets and experience, motivating sustained performance through a rigorous annual process
Proven experience in collaborating across teams and lines of business within large organizations, including influencing stakeholders and working with diverse teams
Well-developed interpersonal, organizational, analytical, problem-solving, project management and verbal and written communication skills
A high level of personal initiative, setting and achieving challenging goals, and demonstrating entrepreneurial leadership
