Lead special projects and drive them to successful outcomes
Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound requests, triaging and delegating tasks to maintain focus on high-impact initiatives
Foster strong relationships with key partners across the firm to support team objectives
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
Minimum 5 years of experience in program management, strategy, management consulting, Chief of Staff or related roles
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly
Strong organizational and project management skills, with a focus on setting priorities and delivering results under tight deadlines
Proven ability to partner with and influence leaders and build rapport at all levels
Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
Familiarity with the product development lifecycle and product operating models, including tools such as Jira and Confluence
Experience in product or supply chain fields
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
