You will work to establish a unified platform for lead management, enabling consistent, efficient conversion of demand into lasting client relationships through data, digital tools, and disciplined execution. You will align lead capture, scoring, advisor workflows, and reporting to unlock the full value of the client and prospect ecosystem at scale. You will set global standards for lead definitions, routing, measurement, and attribution, supporting repeatable growth and transparency for senior leaders.
Job responsibilities
Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
Owns the end-to-end lifecycle for Leads Connect, including intake, standardization, qualification, scoring, prioritization, routing, assignment, SLA management, tracking, and outcomes
Defines and maintains global taxonomy for leads and dispositions, ensuring consistent criteria across platforms and teams
Establishes operating model and governance cadence with cross-functional partners; publishes playbooks and SLAs
Drives adoption and accountability across regions and business lines
Partners with Business Intelligence, Data Science, Marketing, Finance, and Wealth Management to develop and refine lead strategy, propensity models, routing logic, attribution, and optimize lead flow across the Chase ecosystem
Implements feedback loops and controlled tests to retrain models, improve conversion, and publish actionable scorecards and insights
• Builds executive dashboards and performance narratives to highlight KPIs, channel performance, bottlenecks, and recommended actions
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Extensive experience in digital product strategy, wealth management, or financial services, with demonstrated ownership of complex cross-functional programs in a matrixed environment
Strong expertise in lead generation, scoring, routing, conversion frameworks, and governance; proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across Digital/Tech, Marketing, Finance, and field leadership
Exceptional communication skills to translate complex data and strategy into clear standards and actionable insights
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
Experience partnering with digital product and data science teams on propensity models, experimentation, and measurement.
Familiarity with CRM and lead management platforms, advisor desktop workflows, and client lifecycle analytics.
Marketing, propensity modeling, or growth analytics background; comfort with A/B testing and causal inference basics.
Prior experience; experience leading small scrum teams and influencing large, distributed sales/advisor organizations.
