Job responsibilities:
Coordinate and prepare regulatory notifications and applications
Research relevant regulatory developments and impact on the LOB's projects and work closely with the legal and compliance teams
Coordinate and prepare materials for recurring and ad hoc updates to regulators
Work closely with Project Management teams to identify dependencies and provide required inputs
Coordinate and prepare updates for key internal governance
Work with Government relations and Regulatory Affairs teams on advocacy or responses to consultations
Represent JPMorgan Chase, and at times present, at relevant internal governance forums
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Fluent German and English language is an essential requirement (speaking, reading, writing)
Excellent written and verbal communication, critical thinking and analytical skills and strong formal presentation abilities (including ability to write structured papers and powerpoint presentations)
Experience in interacting with regulators and demonstrated understanding and experience in compliance, legal, controls or operational risk.
Effective interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with various teams and stakeholder groups at different levels and within different areas of the business and geographical locations.
Experience in change management and/or project management within an Agile environment (Scrum / Kanban) and comfortable using associated tools including; Jira and Confluence
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
Individual must be a self-starter and able to operate in a fast-moving firmwide function, that is forward-looking and Service Delivery oriented
Planning, prioritisation, and time-management skills
Good networking skills and initiative are critical.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
