Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
Bachelor's degree with a strong academic background
10+ years building statistical and machine learning models that integrate multiple data inputs in marketing, customer journey, operations, or finance
8+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis
Demonstrated expertise in data modeling, data analysis, and segmentation techniques
Proficient with business intelligence and analytics tools such as Alteryx and Tableau
Self-sufficient in SQL querying and data extraction from enterprise databases and data lakes, including Snowflake and AWS Athena
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce concise, executive-ready presentations and synthesize complex information
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
Experience developing financial business cases
Operational knowledge of consumer and community banking operations
Familiarity with AWS technologies
Master's degree in a technical or quantitative field such as Mathematics, Finance, Statistics, Operations Research, or Economics
