Our team covers a wide range of products, from flow vanilla to complex derivatives, and supports Japan-based and Asia Pacific clients. You will be involved in implementing new systems, enhancing procedures, and supporting both local and global projects. Job responsibilities:
• Manage trade flow and post-trade controls for Trading and Sales Desks
• Draft and review confirmations for rates derivatives trades
• Monitor trade events and ensure timely resolution
• Prepare and publish client valuation reports and regulatory reports
• Support client onboarding and respond to client inquiries
• Validate mark-to-market (MTM) quality and ensure data accuracy
• Send statements and maintain business controls
• Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate business initiatives
• Implement new procedures and system enhancements
• Liaise with local business, clients, and offshore support teams
• Participate in global and local projects to support new business and increase team efficiency
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
• Experience supporting rates derivatives or FX operations
• Involvement in global or local projects for process improvement
• Proficient programming skills for automation and data analysis
• Experience with regulatory and legal reporting for derivatives
• Exposure to client onboarding and client service functions
