Job responsibilities
Conduct user research and create detailed user personas, user workflows, information architecture and journey maps to inform design decisions
Articulate design decisions to stakeholders, developers and educate them about Design Thinking and best practices of User Experience
Design elegant solutions to specific interaction problems ensuring consistency across multiple products and platforms
Work collaboratively with diverse teams to integrate inclusive design and accessibility through continuously iterating and incorporating user feedback
Assist in the data-driven analyses, user research studies, and user behavior analyses to inform design decisions and contribute to the team's strategic thinking
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in UI design, visual design, and data visualization
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Minimum of 5 years in a user experience design industry roles or equivalent background in Human-Interaction Design or similar fields
Demonstrated experience in designing and optimizing user experiences across multiple platforms, including web, mobile, and other digital channels
Previous experience interpreting complex data and transforming it into actionable insights for informed decision-making
Proficient understanding of inclusive design principles, accessibility guidelines, and assistive technologies, with a history of creating accessible and inclusive digital experiences
Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and making modern UIs with attention to detail
Proficient with Figma including understanding components, variables, design system utilization with a proven track record of creating interactive prototypes
A comprehensive portfolio demonstrating your design process is required
