Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience
15+ years in technology leadership with proven experience managing and developing technical teams
Strong hands-on expertise: AWS, Databricks, PySpark, Python, REST APIs
Deep understanding of data engineering, enterprise architecture, and modern application design patterns
Experience in finance, P&A, or financial analytics within technology-driven environments
Track record of establishing engineering standards and mentoring teams on best practices
Demonstrated ability to drive delivery of complex transformation initiatives from strategy to execution
Excellent communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Finance, or related field; advanced degree preferred
Knowledge of financial services domain
Contributions to technical communities, open source, or engineering thought leadership
