Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
3+ years of experience (or equivalent expertise) in product management
Proficient understanding of the product development lifecycle
Experience with product lifecycle activities, including discovery and requirements definition
Working knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
Proven ability to lead mainframe-to-cloud migration programs
Intermediate experience in Banking Operations
Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills
Intermediate to advanced proficiency with JIRA and Confluence, including dashboard creation and data analysis
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Developed knowledge of the product development life cycle
Experience working with multi-level management and complex organizations globally
Full understanding of software development lifecycle best practices
