    Position summary

    e service levels. Collaborate with team members to identify comprehensive service level indicators. Collaborate with stakeholders to establish reasonable service level objectives and error budgets with customers. Proactively identify and solve technology-related bottlenecks. Serve as the main point of contact during major incidents and identify and solve issues quickly to avoid financial losses. Document and share knowledge within the organization via internal forums and communities of practice. Work as a part of a globally distributed and diverse team to facilitate relationships with key stakeholders, and design, test, implement, and deploy enterprise- level systems.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or related field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or as Software Engineer, Technology Lead, FMS Engineer, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or related field of study plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or as Software Engineer, Technology Lead, FMS Engineer, or related occupation.

    Job Location: 8181 Communications Pkwy, Plano, TX 75024. Telecommuting permitted up to 40% of the week.
