• Identifies opportunities to eliminate or automate remediation of recurring issues to improve overall operational stability of software applications and systems.

• Participates in evaluation sessions with external vendors, startups, and internal teams to assess architectural designs, technical credentials, and applicability for use within existing systems and information architecture.

• Engages in communities of practice across Software Engineering to promote awareness and use of new and leading-edge technologies.

• Designs and implements scalable Generative and Agentic AI solution using LLM, Prompt Engineering, RAG, Tools, MCP and Multi-Agent system.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3**+ years** applied experience.

• Hands-on practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.

• Hands-on experience in designing and building production grade Generative and Agentic AI solution using Java

• Experience in programming Java, Spring Boot, ORM frameworks, JPA, SQL

• Experience in Prompt engineering and LLM Integration with multiple models e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic, Google

• Exposure to AI framework and Platforms like SpringAI, LangGraph4J, LangChain4J, Amazon Bedrock,

• Experience in setting up Data pipeline, RAG for model embedding and learning

• Experience in building Tools / Functions using MCP for Agentic AI solution

• Practical experience with Cloud (AWS or Azure or GCP) and Containers (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Proficient in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle. Strong understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security.

• Knowledge of the financial services industry and their IT systems.

• Exposure to distributed system and cloud technologies
• Prior hands-on experience with Python (secondary skill)
