    Position summary

As part of the IT team, you will be responsible for designing and building scalable ServiceNow solutions that support the organization's needs, providing a unified experience through the ServiceNow platform..

    Job Responsibilities

    • Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications and solutions.

    • Oversee the configuration and customization of ServiceNow modules, including Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Asset Management, and Service Catalog.

    • Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using APIs and web services.

    • Ensure the stability, scalability, and performance of the ServiceNow platform, conducting regular system audits and performance tuning.

    • Lead a team of ServiceNow engineers, providing mentorship, guidance, and technical expertise.

    • Manage ServiceNow upgrades and patches, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

    • Develop and maintain documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.

    • Stay current with ServiceNow updates, features, and best practices, recommending improvements and innovations.

    • Collaborate with IT leadership to develop and implement ServiceNow strategies and roadmaps.

    • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow-related issues, ensuring timely resolution.

    Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

    • Formal training or certification on software development concepts and 10+ years applied experience. In addition, 5+ years of experience leading technologists to manage, anticipate and solve complex technical items within your domain of expertise and more broadly across the organization.

    • Combined minimum of 15 years of experience in Software Development, ServiceNow/SaleForce.com/other ERP development and administration.

    • Strong experience in application development, with a proven track record in senior engineering or technical leadership roles.

    • Proven experience managing large scale enterprise systems and teams.

    • Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, modules, and best practices.

    • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.

    • Experience with ServiceNow integrations using APIs and web services.

    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

    • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment

    Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

    • Experience at code level.
    • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and/or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer preferred.
