    Position summary

    mless client coverage and delivery of J.P. Morgan's full suite of products. This role offers exposure to cross-border banking, relationship management, and complex financial solutions.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage a defined portfolio of Japanese multinational clients with EMEA subsidiaries, acting as their primary point of contact in Europe and the UK.

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.

    • Identify new business opportunities and support the growth of the Japanese client portfolio.

    • Collaborate with product specialists to deliver integrated financial solutions.

    • Ensure thorough understanding and execution of Know Your Customer (KYC) responsibilities and cross-border regulatory requirements.

    • Support client onboarding and ongoing relationship management.

    • Work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver client service.

    Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

    • Relevant experience in corporate banking, payments, or subsidiary banking

    • Strong understanding of Japanese corporate clients and their overseas banking needs

    • Excellent communication skills in English and Japanese

    • Proven relationship management and problem-solving abilities

    • Strong organisational, analytical, and teamwork skills

    • Ability to travel in Europe as required

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience working in corporate banking or payments in Japan

    • Knowledge of EMEA financial and regulatory environments

    • Experience in cross-border client coverage and deal execution
