Job Responsibilities
Support end-to-end trade flow across all product channels globally
Monitor support needs and address changes and gaps in trading operations
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce risk in trade processes
Escalate and resolve inquiries accurately and promptly
Address ad hoc queries from operations, technology, and front office teams
Facilitate training for new users of trading applications
Collaborate with business, technology, and operations to set priorities and requirements for enhancements
Communicate solutions effectively in person, by phone, and by email
Ensure compliance with control standards and operational procedures
Maintain a strong understanding of trading platforms and systems
Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
Two years of financial industry experience
Bachelor's degree
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet technologies
Ability to execute assignments independently with discipline
Strong work ethic and professionalism in a team setting
Attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Superior problem-solving abilities
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to communicate with all levels within the business
Capacity to operate in a flexible, dynamic environment
Full-time onsite availability for night shift

Experience supporting global trading operations
Background in trade booking, reconciliation and execution
Ability to facilitate training and onboard new users
Experience collaborating with technology and operations teams
Strong strategic and creative thinking skills
