Trading Services Specialist - Operations Analyst

Leads/Managers/VP immediately on Identification.

• Work with Middle offices to increase STP rate for clients

• Act as the SME within the team and provide guidance and training to FTC's .

• Action and perform root cause analyses on new / recurring issues or control gaps

• Ensure Timely completion and validation of SOP's.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities

• At least 2 Years' experience in the Pre-matching . Settlements , Fails management

• Excellent communication skills , both written and verbal.

• Strong Control Mindset.

• Ability to coordinate and collaborate with stake across the globe and deliver strategic solutions for the client.
