Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
2 years' experience working in a Data Entry/Operations environment accurately completing client requests with urgency to meet deadlines
Experience responding to client requests in a metrics-driven environment
Experience with Microsoft Office products (e.g., Word, Excel); Windows operating systems; databases; instant-messaging tools; online video conferencing
Experience reviewing legal documents and familiarity with Individual Retirement Arrangement (IRA) Accounts
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm
Candidates must be willing and able to work schedules during our operating hours, which may include evenings and weekends.
