Continuous Improvement: Encourage a culture of operational excellence, focusing on value realization, system-to-system interoperability, and data-driven decisioning.
Financial Stewardship: Manage program budgets, vendor spend, and tracking of value delivered, ensuring alignment with corporate financial targets.
Collaborator Partnership: Build influential relationships across Field Ops, Finance, HR, and Product Management to ensure the team remains passionate about the highest-priority business outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications:
10+ years in Program/Project Management (Scope, Schedule, Budget, and Risk) for enterprise-scale technology initiatives.
Proven success delivering in Data & Analytics, ERP (Workday), and sophisticated Application Integration environments.
Validated experience in consumer-facing application delivery with a focus on end-user experience.
Expert-level knowledge of Agile, PDLC, and Waterfall methodologies; PMP, PgMP, or PMI-ACP certification required.
Experience defining goals and achievements to drive multi-million-dollar business units and reporting directly to senior leadership.
