The Business Systems Analyst (BSA) is the vital link between information technology capabilities and the business objectives of KinderCare. In this role the business systems analyst will lead the business through the implementation of cost-effective technology solutions by determining the requirements of a project, program, or product, and communicating them clearly to stakeholders and team members. BSA’s represent the front lines in our IT mission, empowering our teams to aggressively pursue opportunities with technology that significantly enhances the center and family experience.
We’re looking for a Senior BSA to join our team as a thought-partner with our stakeholders, Product Owners, and Engineers on a myriad of products and projects. This is a rewarding opportunity to be a senior team member with active participation in the development of project/product strategy during planning activities, formulation of clear and comprehensive requirements gathering strategies and execution, as well as user acceptance testing plans and execution. We’re looking for someone who also appreciates the value of business process engineering as a foundational piece to projects and has the confidence and capability to dig into the details, document, and drive towards optimal, efficient ways of working with and for our partners and customers.
An ideal candidate is someone who has successfully contributed to large-scale enterprise initiatives, ranging from business automation activities, ERP/CRM upgrades, data migration efforts, on-prem to cloud infrastructure projects, etc.
There is also a production support function that this team supports, and this person will be responsible for contributing approximately 25% (typically less) of their time to these day-to-day operations. These responsibilities include monthly reporting, application related inquiries and escalations, and review and approval of small SQL changes.
