Workday Platform Administrator with a solid background in supporting all FINS modules to join our Information Technology team. Qualified candidates should have knowledge of Workday configuration and FINS support of issues escalated from lower tiers. They will have a main responsibility for managing and troubleshooting FINS configurations and policies within the Workday platform.
This role requires a deep understanding of Workday's FINS modules, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with various partners to ensure the optimization and maintenance of the Workday system is successful. Additionally, this role will be involved in release management and testing processes to ensure FINS improvements are maintained and tested in each update.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance/Accounting or related field
3+ years demonstrated ability supporting Workday FINS configuration
Support experience in a Workday production environment
Strong reporting skills including Composite and Matrix reporting abilities
Strong knowledge of Accounting processes and requirements, from either working within an Accounting role or supporting from the Workday side
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze sophisticated issues and develop effective solutions
Organized, strong systems thinker and planner, able to translate discussion and ideas into deliverables
Solid attention to detail and the ability to resolve issues in an effective manner
Superb communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate optimally with multi-functional teams
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Experience with Adaptive is preferred
Workday Pro Certifications, preferred
Experience with Adaptive Planning, Workforce Management, preferred
