• Deep Knowledge on the entire product line, KM certification on product line

• Expert knowledge of color theory, calibration, and RIP configurations 30% based on technical expertise.

• Provides guidance on customer interaction and soft skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience

• High School or equivalent - Degrees preferred

• CompTIA A+ Certification

• CompTIA Net+ Certification

• CompTIA CDIA+ Certification

• Microsoft MCP or MCITP Certification or equivalent experience

• Excellent verbal and written, mentoring and coaching

• Travel within assigned territory, some out of territory work
