KPMG is currently seeking an Associate, Account Operations to join our Business Development Operations organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate resource onboarding, maintenance and offboarding process per client requirements; maintain resources in client’s Vendor Management System (VMS)
  • Submit invoices and track status in client VMS, review payments and reconcile Account Receivable, track rebates and discounts (if applicable)
  • Pipeline analysis and updates to opportunities; revenue reporting
  • Engagement tracking and client required reporting for audits and compliance requests
  • Maintain account team collaboration site and manage permissions
  • Develop and maintain account operational procedures manual and onboarding guide for new engagement teams

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in one or more business related areas including Financial and Data Analysis, Project Management, and Business Operations Management
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; preferred
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, problem solving, and analytical skills. Strong critical thinking and issue resolution skills, with a drive to tackle complex challenges and offer effective solutions. Effective time management skills and aptitude to effectively manage stakeholder expectations and delegate
  • Ability to manage concurrent projects, prioritize multiple tasks and apply proactive and creative approach leveraging firm tools and resources. Deep understanding of different business functions and ability to engage, as needed. Ability to assess end-to-end processes, identify gaps, propose solutions, and oversee implementation; 
  • Excellent presentation skills with ability to summarize and analyze large data sets for leadership review
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and data analysis/reporting in Excel is required; experience with collaboration platforms, Customer Relationship Databases and Vendor Management Systems is preferred
