KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director, Workplace Technology Product Owner to join our Digital Nexus technology organization.
Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
Minimum eight years of recent experience with and in-depth knowledge of technology solutions with a focus on user experience and seamless adoption, as well as experience implementing new technologies, performing product evaluations, writing technical documentation / standards
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred
Experience working in an Agile environment preferably as a Product Owner; Experience with designing technological solutions to blur the line between physical and digital collaborations through innovative conference room and other employee workspace designs
Experience implementing or developing workplace technology solutions around occupancy, space utilization & IoT sensors; Expertise in content management systems, display technologies & digital signage solutions architecture
Experience with implementing or developing advanced analytic platforms; An automation mindset with a focus on optimizing and ensuring proactive troubleshooting & remediation of any interruptions to employee experience
Excellent story telling ability utilizing a strategic mindset to develop documentation & presentations to support your initiatives; Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills to lead an environment driven by customer service and teamwork; must be able to set goals and participate in strategic initiatives for a team; foster the development of high-performance teams and interface with all
