KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director, Security Product Owner to join our Global Information Technology Group which is part of KPMG International.


  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, internal business teams and member firms to understand feature requests, prioritize requirements and prepare assessments for presentation to GISG (Global Information Security Group) leadership.
  • Own the vision and Product Roadmap of assigned products, ensuring alignment with wider GISG (Global Information Security Group) strategy and services
  • Control and accountable for the Product Backlog of assigned products
  • Create, clearly communicates, and accepts “Epics” and “Stories” in the product backlog
  • Provide level two escalation support related to the Security Product Platform Product Development, features & capabilities
  • Act as primary Release Manager for assigned products


  • Minimum seven years of recent experience in information security management and practical cloud security experience within a corporate environment (global companies preferred)

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (https://e.g. Computer Sciences, Computer Engineering, Information Technology and Security) or equivalent work experience from an accredited college/university

  • Direct experience with Microsoft Log Analytics workspace design and maintenance of cloud security architectures across several cloud service models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) primarily in Microsoft Azure and M365 environment 

  • In-depth knowledge of cloud security architectures across several cloud service models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) primarily in Microsoft Azure  

  • Strong understanding of the Microsoft Cloud Security platforms and how they are best leveraged and optimized to protect complex multi-cloud environment using Microsoft Sentinel (SIEM)

  • Cloud technology and security certifications preferred (https://e.g. Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure Security Engineer Associate, CCSK, CISSP, CCSP, CISA, OSCP); experience/knowledge in AWS/GCP is a strong plus
