KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, SAP Product Manager to join our Digital Nexus organization. This is a remote work opportunity.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with Business stakeholders and partners in capturing clear/concise business requirements for system enhancements, predominantly in the LATAM region
  • Collaborate with technology stakeholders, such as EA, Development, Project, and QA team, to ensure business requirements are understood, and appropriate functional specifications are delivered and signed off on
  • Support short and long term operational/strategic business solutions through research and analysis of data and business processes
  • Interact regularly with delivery partners and/or department leaders; initiate ideas to improve work product within the department; contribute to department or group objectives, strategy and priorities; set tactical plan for execution of strategic objectives
  • Manage Support escalations for the LATAM region by coordinating between the users and the vendor support teams
  • Optimize performance, quality, and cost of the delivery function by defining and implementing proper resourcing, offshoring scope and utilization, increasing automation and process efficiency

Qualifications:

  • Minimum eight years of recent SAP implementation experience in the FICO and/or SD modules, preferably within a professional services firm
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; Master's degree from an accredited college/university is preferred
  • Prior experience in implementing S4 is desired; capable of building strong professional relationships with ability to influence all levels across the organization
  • Proven experience in configuration of SAP solutions for the LATAM region; knowledge of the localization requirements of the region is required
  • Must be fluent in Spanish and English; working knowledge of Portuguese is preferred
  • Able to work with business teams and cross functional teams to understand requirements and provide recommendations for solutions various business applications
