KPMG is currently seeking an Agile Transformation Leader and Center of Excellence to join our Digital Nexus organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a large, complex enterprise organization through a transformational shift to Agile ways of working
  • Champion alignment to the applicable processes, strategies, the related commitments, the budget and management of the risk
  • Define the roadmap to mature Agile Delivery and Product Management related practices across the organization and instill an Agile mindset into the organization
  • Build and manage a team of Agile coaches and scrum masters that will embed directly within pods of Product Owners, Architects and delivery teams
  • Develop training materials and resources for teams to rely on as they undergo their Agile transformation; Identify areas where more intensive coaching is needed;  Guide the organization and product teams through the transformation; Present progress to senior leaders, suggesting and promoting improvements, and set tactical plan for execution of strategic objectives
  • Accountable for managing an effective team; Set goals, offer feedback, source developmental opportunities and provide long-term career guidance to counselees and others across the department

Qualifications:

  • Minimum ten years of recent experience effectively implementing Agile best practices across the organization to drive improved software delivery, quality and speed 
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university; Master's Degree from an accredited college/university is preferred
  • Deep Agile experience rooted in fundamentals with demonstrated success in transformation
  • Experience in IT Agile product management with direct leadership of large-scale digital transformation programs leveraging an enterprise cloud-based solution
  • Experience as an Agile Coach and Scrum Master, leading Agile ceremonies, facilitating scrum teams, measuring team velocity, reporting on team progress, and removing impediments for assigned team(s) as well as coordinating a Sprint backlog in conjunction with Product Owner and team members 
  • Ability to affect change across large numbers of teams and products and at all levels of the organization
