KPMG is currently seeking a Director in Cyber Security to join our Consulting Organization

Responsibilities:

·        Serve as a professional services leader for Identity and Access Management Services including Identity Governance, Access Management and/or Privileged Access Management.   You will be responsible for leading initial client conversations, qualifying opportunities and leading teams to both effectively sell and deliver Identity and Access Management (IAM) professional services.

·        Lead large-scale IAM transformation programs for KPMG clients from vision/roadmap through to implementation.

·        Serve as a functional subject matter professional in one or more of the following; identity governance, authentication and authorization, API security.

·        Serve as a people manager and mentor to more junior IAM team members and help further develop KPMG IAM delivery skills and capabilities.

·        Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including but not limited to; account teams, sales resources, alliance partner personnel and peers to position and sell KPMG IAM services.

·        Contribute/lead practice development activities such as collateral development, service evolution and innovation activities to improve IAM service delivery

·        Support Cyber leadership in practice development activities such as technology alliance partner collaboration

Qualifications:

·        A minimum of eight years of experience with IAM, preferably in a professional services environment being accountable for individual sales and delivery goals.

·        Strong client services orientation, demonstrated executive business development track record, and experience managing cross functional teams

·        Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent professional experience

·        Understanding of IAM relevant technical security skills, such as; SailPoint or Saviynt for Identity Governance, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, Okta, and Microsoft for Access Management, and  CyberArk, BeyondTrust for Privileged Access Management.

·        Ability and willingness to travel, work in a fast paced, results driven environment, grasp new technology, and contribute at a rapid pace
