KPMG is currently seeking a Director Digital Product and Project Management Banking in Customer & Operations for our Consulting practice.

Responsibilities:

• Lead product management teams in developing digital bank products and features, including planning and estimation, stakeholder management, vendor management, issue and risk management
• Manage the product lifecycle from initial planning to implementation including tactical readiness, MVP creation, and developing go to market strategy
• Oversee the development and delivery of solutions that support digital transformation within financial services specifically related to consumer banking products
• Implement a data driven strategy for assessing business processes for opportunities
• Facilitate engagement with key stakeholders to develop product roadmaps and vision, driving prioritization and determine capability needs
• Support end-to-end product development, ranging from development of product strategy to implementation

Qualifications:

• Minimum ten years of experience in project management, business process, process delivery and/or information systems within an audit, tax, and/or advisory firm
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Accounting, Business, Computer Science, or a related field from an accredited college/university
• Experience in Consumer Deposits, Consumer Credit and Debit Cards, Consumer Lending, Payments, Digital Onboarding, Servicing, and/or Payments Processing
• Strong user experience and customer experience skills; Able to work within an Agile Environment with Agile Product Owners
• Demonstrated ability to assess and enhance IT processes within an organization and knowledge of challenges faced by implementation teams along with demonstrated track record of leadership, client management, and project management skills
• Ability to travel as needed
