Position summary

KPMG is currently seeking a Director in Digital Lighthouse for our Consulting practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support multiple concurrent business development pursuits and RFP responses for large clients, such as identification, proposal development, contract/SOW development, resource planning and other pursuit activities, while working with the appropriate KPMG resources from other service lines
  • Lead KPMG team in delivery of services/completion of deliverables outlined in signed statement(s) of work while managing and adhering to KPMG engagement management and financial management policies
  • Guide client development and realization of testing strategy and test cycle planning
  • Develop and sustain trust-based relationships with Directors, Vice Presidents, and C-level executives
  • Develop and execute test governance framework and processes
  • Support customers in driving and completing testing projects including establishing project framework and processes while resolving issues and removing barriers to progress

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of eight years of experience in software development, testing, cloud development / operations, program management and analysis including Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in technical sciences or information systems within the telecommunications industry; PMP, ISTQB, CSM certifications are a plus
  • Well established track record of leading high-performing engagement teams that deliver high quality testing results while establishing/maintaining customer relationships at all levels including demonstrating successful business development and consulting capabilities
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead teams of various size in delivery of services to customer including leading remote or offshore resources
  • Experience leading and developing internal practice capabilities and teams, contributing to testing methodologies/toolsets, developing thought leaderships/whitepapers, speaking at conferences and influencing the marketplace
  • Extensive functional understanding of end to end testing from system testing through user acceptance testing including hands-on experience with industry leading test management and test automation toolsets
  • Ability to formulate and express ideas clearly and effectively in verbal and written presentations
  • Travel may be up to 80-100%
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
