Director Tax Product Management

KPMG is currently seeking a Director, Product Management to join our Tax Technology practice.

Responsibilities:

• Lead product direction, requirements, prioritization, ROI objectives, over all delivery and follow established policies
• Interface with clients, project stakeholders and team members in all phases of projects and manage customer expectations
• Lead technology aspect of Orals and RFP process for client proposal work
• Promote the technology agenda within tax and work closely with tax leaders to secure their leadership and support
• Manage communications with key leaders and lead aspects of portfolio management meetings for the business
• May assume PML responsibilities at this level and work directly with the Tax practice as an advisor

Qualifications:

• Minimum twelve years of progressive IT program and project management experience; preferably within a professional services firm or similar environment
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
• Experience with Partnership Tax compliance and a good understanding of tax compliance systems
• Ability to develop and understand overall strategy linking closely to tax’s overall business strategy and key success measures
• Possess advanced analytic skills including strategic thinking and planning, complex data analysis and excellent verbal and written skills
• Understand the software development life cycle with proven people management skills, leadership, and team-building skills
