KPMG is currently seeking an Executive Director, Marketing and Communications to join our Global Clients and Markets team which is a part of KPMG International organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the Markets media strategy to help ensure the plan is in line with changing environment and market conditions, supports brand messaging and market positioning and raises the profile of selected Global Sector Heads and other industry leaders along with overseeing the development and execution of an internal communications plan, which significantly improves the level of awareness amongst key stakeholders of the strategic initiatives of Global Clients and Markets and the Global Account Program
  • Track the effectiveness of the marketing activities to help ensure they are delivering value to KPMG globally and within Member Firms
  • Develop and implement an Account-Based marketing model through which strategic marketing and communication support can be provided to our Global Accounts through our member firms
  • Provide leadership and managerial direction to the Clients, Markets Marketing and Communications team; this includes responsibility for informal and formal coaching, their performance management and career development
  • Work closely with Clients and Markets leadership to determine the key issues facing the C-level executives at our key clients and develop cross industry and cross functional marketing programs to address their key issues
  • Accountable for the effective use of allocated global marketing program budget and regularly report/demonstrate value and ROI

Qualifications:

  • Minimum fifteen years of senior marketing and/or communications experience with minimum seven years of experience at a senior level to include, demonstrated success in the formulation and implementation of strategic marketing and communication plans in B2B, preferably professional services
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
  • Ability to work effectively with the leadership in a strategic advisor role is essential
  • Demonstrable success in developing and implementing complex (and preferably international) brand and measurement programs, managing measurement strategies, stakeholder engagement and outreach programs which promote business leaders and B2B services
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to get buy-in and support for projects from diverse and often widespread stakeholders
  • Ability to travel (internationally) a minimum of twenty percent with flexibility working within different time zones
