    KPMG is currently seeking a Lead Specialist to join our Federal Advisory practice.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage and deliver large, complex engagements that identify, design, and implement creative business and technology services for U.S. Federal government clients; Manage the day-to-day interactions with client managers
    • Develop and execute methodologies (e.g. Agile) and solutions specific to the U.S. Federal government sector
    • Handle engagement risk, project economics, planning and budgeting, account receivables, and definition of deliverable content to help ensure buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels
    • Develop and maintain relationships with senior management at U.S. Federal government agencies
    • Develop and maintain project management plans, including related artifacts, to efficiently perform duties and identify risks that could affect project timelines / financial reporting
    • Evaluation projects from a technical stance, helping to ensure that development methods are correct and practical, and evaluate risks related to requirements management, business process definition, testing processes, internal controls, project communications, training, and organizational change management

    Qualifications:

    • Eight to ten years of experience of IT project management experience; U.S. Federal government consulting experience preferred
    • Experience in leading ServiceNow engagements as a Technical Project Manager or Scrum Master
    • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or a related discipline from an accredited college/university
    • Ability to evaluate, provide detailed findings, and establish requirements to support the transformation and effective design of governance/oversight of an ERP target environment
    • Knowledgeable in coordinating across multiple organizations, risk and issue management, and managing multiple priorities
    • Experience providing project management services supporting IT Development to Federal government agencies or Fortune 500 companies
    • U.S. citizenship required and an active U.S. Federal government Secret security clearance
