Lead client-facing workforce transformation workstreams to support clients in the following areas: talent development, talent performance, workforce design and architecture, and workforce analytics
Manage cross functional teams to deliver excellent client service, including stakeholders management, meeting and workshop facilitation, deliverable creation, and project and financial management
Drive the creation and advancement of thought leadership, internal and external tools and resources, and training for workforce transformation efforts
Contribute to the development and evolution of methodologies and intellectual capital including articles, whitepapers, and methodology guides
Participate in business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and assisting with proposal responses and client outreach
A minimum of five years of relevant work experience related to Human Capital consulting, performance management, workforce planning, HR analytics, organizational design, diversity, equity and inclusion; U.S. Federal government consulting experience preferred
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university required; advanced degree in I/O Psychology, Organizational Development or related field preferred
Experience designing and leading business transformation initiatives based on a deep understanding of business processes, project management methodologies, and leading practices in the human capital space
Prior work managing a portfolio of activities within a project or team, including setting priorities, balancing competing deadlines, and lead conversations and create stakeholder engagement with clients and colleagues across an organizational hierarchy
Experience mentoring or managing employees including annual goal setting, performance reviews, and discussing career development opportunities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to establish rapport with clients and colleagues
U.S. Citizenship required with an active Top Secret U.S. government security clearance
