    KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Pricing Program to join our Growth and Strategy organization.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage the project execution for pricing technologies; build and maintain multifaceted project plans, track workstreams and update key stakeholders, identify project needs and gaps and provide recommendations for solutioning
    • Interact and lead meetings with key stakeholders within the functions and support teams for prioritization and management of deliverable needs
    • Manage the overall integration of the pricing technology across KPMG’s systems and other in-flight programs; including meeting with key stakeholders and x-functional resources
    • Navigating internal firm landscape and managing activities & deliverables with other functional groups such as Digital Nexus, FOT, DSO, TMO, CPA, L&D
    • Participate and be aware of the priorities, programs and initiatives across the P&CE team and the larger SP&I organization to assure alignment of the technology infrastructure to strategic objectives
    • Communicate progress and plans for the Pricing Technology workstream to the other members of the P&CE

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum ten years of recent experience in a systems implementation lead role, preferably one that effects sales behaviors such as CRM, SFA, CPQ, Quote to Cash; experience in Professional Services / Consulting industry preferred
    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college; MBA or MA preferred
    • Minimum of three years hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform, data model, and integration environment; experience with Revenue Cloud/CPQ a major plus; experience with MuleSoft and/or Einstein also a big plus
    • Track record of delivering successful and scalable technology products on-time and on-budget, in both traditional waterfall and Agile / DevOps approaches; experience in developing solution/product visions and roadmaps, facilitating stakeholder workshops, managing usability testing, adapting to change
    • Hands-on experience in managing teams to elicit requirements, develop solution architectures, design systems, manage development resources, prepare test plans, develop deployment and change management plans
    • Advanced project management skills including managing milestones, plans & schedules, scope, risks & issues, budgets, resource plans, change orders, quality
