Manager, Process Mining

KPMG is currently seeking a Manager in Technology Enablement for our Consulting practice.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and drive end-to-end implementation of the Process Mining engagements across various customers and industries
• Extract and transform customers' data from various ERP and customs applications and load them into process mining data model
• Work with process data, define KPIs and create process and customer specific dashboards using Process Mining tools
• Help customers drive significant business outcomes and ROI by leveraging the insights uncovered through Process Mining tools
• Organize and lead onsite/virtual customer workshops; Learn and compare various process mining tools, features, implementation and pricing
• Interview clients to understand the business process and various IT systems/backends; Perform reverse engineering to understand various touch points and IT systems and exhibit strong knowledge of the business processes and have the ability and desire to quickly learn new products via training, enablement, certifications and so forth.

Qualifications:

• Minimum seven years of experience in process improvement or technology consulting, professional services
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems/Technology, Computer Science, any of the Engineering disciplines, or a related field from an accredited college/university
• Strong experience in Relational databases, SQL, ETL and Python and Superior critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Working knowledge of one or more process mining tools (Celonis, UiPath Process Mining/Process Gold, PAFnow, ARIS)
• Knowledge on ERP systems and core processes (P2P, O2C, AP, AR) and experience in Supply Chain or Procurement is a strong plus
• Knowledge of BPMN modelling and experience in process modelling tools like ARIS and experience in any of data visualization tools like PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik
• Business travel as needed
