    It is an exciting time to join KPMG as we expand our Strategic Sourcing & Procurement organization and stand up a Third-Party Risk function for the US firm. This is a key role that will enable our future state vision by driving adoption of Strategic Sourcing and Third-Party Risk programs and service offerings through change management initiatives. Change management is needed to build and sustain a culture within the firm where Strategic Sourcing is engaged early to competitive source spend, leverage preferred suppliers, and mitigate third party risk to the firm. 

    This role will support the firm’s internal operations and is not a client facing / consultant position.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead the department’s change and communication strategy to drive adoption of Strategic Sourcing and Third-Party Risk programs and service offerings
    • Support leadership to build and deploy marketing collateral (talk decks, brochure, newsletters, and more) in support of the department’s change efforts
    • Oversee and account for internal communications (department, key stakeholders, broader firm) and content as well as external (suppliers, external facing web pages) with a focus on clear, concise, and consistent messaging across all channels
    • Direct internal initiatives to build, deploy and maintain key sourcing and contracting templates and toolkits; this includes building and maintaining presentation templates for key stakeholder updates such as quarterly business reviews, so there is consistency in messaging across our internal client base
    • Support and track key projects, initiatives, and successes to leverage and showcase to senior leadership/ key stakeholders and within the department
    • Maintain and continuously improve policies and processes to deliver desired strategic outputs and meet business objectives

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum five years of recent and related work experience
    • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a business and /or related discipline(s) from an accredited college or university
    • Proven experience with leading and driving enterprise change management activities and leveraging change management best practices and methodologies for a large company (impact assessments, communications plans, training material and training sessions, organizational readiness analysis, coaching, resistance management)
    • Advanced communication and presentation development skills
    • In-depth understanding of end-to-end source-to-pay and third-party risk processes
    • Experience managing people including cross-functional team management
