KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, QA to join our Tax Technology Practice.

Responsibilities:

• Administer the operational and administrative activities of the Quality Assurance (QA) function; evaluate and implement optimum QA methodologies, including agile, waterfall, V-model and Iterative approach for the project
• Provide advice to project teams and client areas while assisting with the development and implementation of effective software applications across multiple computing environments such as host based, distributed systems, client server, cloud; consult with development teams and clients in the area of quality control and the development of new or revised applications
• Evaluate software requirements and develop Quality Assurance (QA) plan, QA test scripts, and acceptance criteria for various testing phases; Create automation test scripts on Selenium & Coded UI using C # or any other modern programming language
• Implement change management process for QA projects utilizing MS VSTS
• Provide QA estimates to the Project Manager or project team members; participate in hiring/onboarding, capacity planning and/or performance management for the QA Practice.
• Utilize tools including Microsoft .NET Integrated Development Environment (IDE) for testing, Team Foundation Server (TFS) for source control, IIS Server for website maintenance and Query database schema by utilizing SQL Server Management Studio, including SQL database language and SQL server database

Qualifications:

• Minimum seven years of recent QA Engineering experience in a large enterprise 
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related field from an accredited college/university
• Excellent understanding of SQL server and Oracle database structure and Automation & Performance Engineering.
• Strong analytical skills with knowledge of client/server and Web-type applications, architecture and computer networks
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team to set deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Colorado Salary Range: Low: $90400 - High: $165600
