KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Strategic Initiatives Lead to join our KPMG Delivery Network organization. KPMG Delivery Network (KDN) is a KPMG special purpose member firm offering a way for clients to leverage KPMG top talent and technology platforms through regional teams of specialists, enabling economies of scale and a new way of working that expands beyond local capability

Responsibilities:

• Own and execute initiatives within the KDN Global Strategy & Execution team
• Deliver outcomes for strategic initiatives on time and maneuver around inevitable roadblocks
• Oversee ad-hoc tasks and activities that are within scope of the Global Strategy & Execution team
• Support the overall strategic plan and help ensure alignment across business functions’ strategies (Advisory, Tax and Audit)
• Initiate proactive collaboration across business functions and manage cross-functional stakeholders
• Contribute ideas to the broader-scale initiatives within the KDN

Qualifications:

• Minimum five years of experience in strategy, consulting, or a related business field
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college and/or university
• Ability to drive scoping, planning and execution activities for initiatives while leading cross functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders
• Strong executive presence with excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong attention to detail; data analysis and report development experience preferred
• Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate global team schedules and periodic international travel may be required

New York City Salary Range: Low: $99000 - High: $184500
