KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Talent Acquisition - Offshore Strategy to join our Talent and Culture organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage KPMG's offshore candidate sourcing and development recruiting and operations function to include strategy mapping, relationship building, process/results optimization, day-to-day operations management, SOW/SLA development, budgeting and training for knowledge process outsourcing (KPO) teams in India and Jamaica
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with fellow talent acquisition leaders and their teams nationwide to ensure a nuanced, always-evolving understanding of their business needs and short- and long-term talent gaps to drive strategy and achieve business plans
  • Coach, mentor and develop onshore and offshore team members, to include helping them to create customized, innovative candidate sourcing, outreach, screening and scheduling strategies to drive individual and team results
  • Focus on delivering operational efficiencies, improving the candidate experience and enhancing the employee value proposition
  • Proactively review, analyze, update and streamline all offshore-related processes and workflows to reflect current and evolving needs; place emphasis on training opportunities to improving speed, accuracy, efficiency, and synergies; drive continuous improvement as an important element of service delivery
  • Determine reporting needs, analyze/recommend data and processes that ensure maximum effectiveness of the Talent Acquisition function and alignment with operational needs

Qualifications:

  • Minimum five years of progressive recruiting experience, along with a demonstrated track record of success creating and executing a cohesive, results-driven recruiting strategy within a fast-moving, highly dynamic organization
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university preferred
  • Experience leading and managing a geographically dispersed team
  • Substantive experience and passion for performing all aspects of the recruiting lifecycle successfully, to include needs assessment, relationship building and candidate/client satisfaction
  • Experience preparing and analyzing a variety of recruiting data, labor market data, reports and sharing with business leaders
  • Experience developing and analyzing KPIs that can be used to optimize process, technology and resources, as well as to make effective use of candidate and client feedback
